Rough boards and squared cants
We are a cant sawmill first, so our standard output is squared cants and two-inch rough-cut boards rather than planed, graded dimensional stock. Our rough boards come in random widths and lengths, ideal for fencing, barns, outbuildings, or anyone who would rather mill their own finish than pay for it.
We mill dry balsam: the logs left burnt or behind in the bush that larger mills will not take. Every log leaves the yard as squared cants for finished lumber or as chips bound for a local pellet plant, so nothing is wasted.

Do you sell planed dimensional lumber?
Our standard output is squared cants and two-inch rough-cut boards. Most cants go to a Langley partner for remanufacturing into finished lumber. Ask us about what we can supply direct.
What sizes are your rough boards?
